Immediate Funding Needs
2025 Education Fund - £15,000 Goal
Education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty—but for many children and care leavers, the cost of school fees and essential supplies stands in the way of their future. Right now, up to 100 students risk losing access to school, college, or university due to financial barriers. Your support can change that. By contributing to the 2025 Education Fund, you’ll provide them with the resources they need to learn, grow, and build a brighter future. Developing our Foster Care Programme - £8,000 Goal
Every child deserves the love and stability of a family. Our Foster Care Programme is expanding to provide safe, nurturing homes for children in Kenya who cannot return to their birth families. We are committed to ensuring children have access to families, preventing them from being placed in orphanages or children's homes indefinitely. With these funds, we can train and support foster families, conduct home assessments, and ensure every child is placed in a caring environment where they can thrive. Your donation will help us build stronger families and brighter futures.
Trauma Recovery Services at our Family Hub - £20,000 Goal
Every child deserves the chance to heal. SAFE children have endured severe adversity, and without specialised support, the scars of trauma can last a lifetime. Your donation will directly fund trauma-focused therapy, counselling, and the salaries of specialist professionals, ensuring these children receive the care they urgently need. With your help, we can provide the resources and support that allow them not just to survive—but to heal, grow, and thrive.
Complete the Wall – £17,000 Goal
A safe and secure environment is essential for our team and the children we support at our Family Hub. Thanks to a generous grant, we began constructing a protective wall around our site—but due to rising material costs in recent years, and the fact we have a 21 acre site, only half of the wall could be completed. We now need £17,000 to finish the job, ensuring the safety of our space, staff, and the vulnerable children in our care. Your support will help us complete this vital project and provide the security we urgently need.
